Realtors gets paid when the compensation is set by a mutual agreement between broker and salesperson, agent or Realtor. A broker may agree to pay a salary or a share of the commissions from transactions originated by a salesperson, agent or Realtor. Compensation is derived upon the successful negotiation between the buyer and the seller or said property and then only upon funding and closing of a sale and signed off by all parties.
